Owning and investing in real estate has been a rewarding venture. I personally have provided housing for hundreds of families over the years. I try my best to be fair and honest with everyone I deal with, and I take pride in my investments by regularly updating and maintaining my units as they become vacant. I treat my tenants with respect and professionalism, and they almost always reciprocate.
If I can part with one last piece of advice: taking the first step in anything new is scary. But once you take that first step, don’t look back and make yourself take that second step, then the third, then the fourth, and then so on. And before you know it, you have run a mile and your life has been changed forever.
